  1. This is one of my Grandmother's all time best recipes. Sorry
if it looks a little disorganized, but this is how she sent
    it to me, smile!

    New York Eggs

    5 slices of bread
3/4 pound grated cheese ham or sausage 6 eggs salt, pepper
mustard, 2 1/2 cups of milk,

5 slices of bread or what it takes to cover the bottom of
pan layer 3/4 pound of grated cheese on top of bread ham or
sausage on top of the cheese, and if you use sausage you
have to brown it first. take 6 eggs beaten and put salt,
pepper and Tbsp of mustard, and 2 and 1/2 cups of milk, mix
eggs milk, salt, and mustard together. pour over the meat,
and cover with foil. Chill over night. next morning loosen
foil, and bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
