replacements or upgrades I should consider. Discussions are happening all
around the Internet which I'm having trouble keeping up with. This inspired

Here's my initial description of the list:
Learn how to keep your bicycle secure from theft and vandalism. Which locks
work and which ones don't? Should you consider an alarm? What factors put
your bicycle at risk: type of bike, location, time of day, day of week? How
can you secure a bicycle while riding public transportation? Where should
you register your bike? What places or objects should you avoid when locking
up? How can you lobby for better bicycle security in your city, other
governmental institutions, workplace or other common destinations? Where and
how do organized criminals operate in this regard?
