I have a mostly stock Giant OCR1 (I changed the bar to an Easton 70 because the stock 44's were too wide). The XERO weelset is pretty average from what I have read and experienced. The stock tires are 25c Michelin Dynamics. My question is - Will I see a bigger improvement by switcing my wheelset to something like a Mavic Ksyrium Equipe or Cosmos (Low end Mavic)or will simply putting 23c Michelin Pro Race tires on stock XERO's provide for some additional speed on the flats and downhills? Thanks in advance for any help.
