I am a private investor that is thinking about building a new indoor velodrome on the Mornington peninsular,Victoria,Australia.
The velodrome will be designed for training purposes and small competitions. The infield will be designed to cator for other sports such as basketball,indoor soccer,and a number of other sports.
What I need to know from the cycling community is their thoughts on the matter.
Would cyclists use the velodrome on the Mornington peninsular?
What would be the cyclist expectations of the opening times be?
What dollars per hour would a cyclist pay to use this velodrome?
