New TT Helmets

I don't know for sure but my first two guesses would be:

a) The CPSC either won't or will make it difficult to approve them.

b) The ratio of starving trial lawyers to normal humanoids in the U.S. is ridiculously high!

though I agree to the upmost with "b", "a" is kinda still confusing me. "A" seams the logical guess but they should only have to pass the same standards as normal road helmets, and the TT helmets all meet the CE standards which are nearly the same at the CPSC ones.
