I'm a big equipment nerd (even know about Shimano's Capreo group, sure
to be adapted by some demented TTist somewhere trying to exploit its 9t
small ring), but I'm even more intrigued by the iconography on the rear
wheel, which is presumably otherwise just the latest in dimply disks.

Puzzle fiends will be pleased to know there are apparently more than 40
distinct icons, and I can't find a Nike site that gives a clear
explication, so we have to make up our own.

our game. Here's my entries:

1,0: A sliced orange. a Dr. Michele Ferrari reference
1,1: Texas. Because Lance Armstrong is from Texas

1,8: Laverne-style "L". Lance is secretly crushing on Penny Marshall
