  1. Hello,

I currently own an old tacx satori trainer (orange color) which is very loud and the resistance is not always the same every time. I am using a control switch which sets the resistance level. I am training using spinervals workouts. Do you think is worth the upgrade to a new fluid trainer? Noise is a problem if it was a little bit quiet I could use it more hours per day. What trainer do you recommend ? Is Kurt Kinetic Road Machine the top fluid trainer or cycleops jetfluid pro ? Thanks

  2. elite fluid trainers are quiet, (they keep changing year to year so i don't have the latest design),
keep in mind that your legs are not the same from one day to the other, something that you notice less on the road, a trainer gives you a fix parameter or environment making you notice that your legs are more tired or better on a given day, anyway that is not a problem with fluid trainers because you can make use of your gears to make it less or more harder very easily,
