I want to get into cycling, I neede some suggestions on a bike. I don't want to spend too much and I need one that fits me I am 6'6 and weigh around 280.

Hi Jew1028, I would suggest a 26" Mountain Bike with straight bars, Commuter tyres, lots of low gearing for climbing hills, and wheels that are designed to take your weight.

I am also new to cycling. I have been riding my buddies spare bike (Cannondale CAAD9 R6) but looking to get my own bike. I'm 5'6 165lbs and my budget is $2,000. I'd like to keep it around $1,500 but willing to splurge if need be. Any suggestions on bike road bikes?
