Hello, today I purchased a 1984 Fuji Sagres for commuting to school and work.
It rides great, and I'm really enjoying it so far. It feels good, especially after not owning a bike for over eight years.
To say I don't know much about bikes would be an immense understatement.
I joined the forums to read up and learn about how to care for, tune, and fix my bike, amongst also learning more about the bike/cycling culture.
I have decided to spruce up the bike as a hobby, as well as to learn something new.
I'm starting out simple, and just looking for a new seat, new tires, pedals, and grips or tape for the drop bars; eventually getting into more complex tuning.
