Welcome to the forum. You will meet all types of personalities here. Just a tip this particular forum "Bike Cafe" is good for posting or reading the more personal or political or controversial information.For posting or looking for more serious tech info look at "Cycling Training".
As in all internet forums take the good info and ignore what doesn't make sense. There is some good info here.
