My favorite LBS allows people they know to borrow a saddle for 24 hours and ride it. I tried a Terry Butterfly, and it was love at first, uh, contact. I rode 30 miles on it with no pressure on the tender bits. It's rougher on the sit bones, but that can toughen up. Looks a little strange on a hybrid too, but I don't care -- I can ride as far as my legs will carry me now, without saddle misery.
