Ok so reading the faq from this group I realized I had almost all the symtoms of "overtraining" I was doing this full body routine (clean n press, squats, pullovers, bench press, curls) 3 day a week. so heres a new routine i made up that I will try let me know what u think, I don't want to spend more then 45mins in the gym and I think this routine will keep me in that limit.
Monday - Push bench press overhead barbell press incline dp press Dips 3 working sets for each
Wednesday - legs Squats deadlift calf raises 3 working sets for each
Friday - pull lat pulldowns dp rows shrugs chinups 3 working sets each

Do you realize that everyone who reads the FAQ feels symptoms of overtraining? Even the people who never work out feel overtrained after reading it. Why do you think we put it there in the first place?

If I only do a lift once a week it makes me sore every time. If I do it at least twice a week I rarely get sore. YMMV.
