Hey, I'm a serious collegiate cyclist and I'm looking to buy a new set of rollers. Unfortunately, I suffer from a serious case of poor-college-student-itis and don't really have a lot of cash to blow. Any ideas for cheap rollers?

Look on Ebay. I got a great deal on a set by keeping my eyes open. You can set up your Ebay account so that Ebay will send you an e-mail anytime a set of rollers(or anything else you're looking for) comes up for auction.
