    Where do you live ?

Do you have a road bike ?

How much time do you have to devote to riding ?

Three vital questions that need to be asked 🙂

    re:kilo - politics
    I am paraphrasing here.

The UCI wanted to add BMX. China complained because it did not have any good bmx'ers so it asked the UCI to drop a sport to make room. To spite China, the UCI dropped the best chance for a Chinese medal in cycling, the 500 and kilo.

Is the weight training included in this 1-1.5 hour per day?
With such limited time to train, you should considering finding someone experienced in working with track sprinters in Florida. www.fixedgearfever has a lot more activity than this forum.
