I've added some pictures and a bit of text linked from my home page (below) concerning the recent
Grand Illinois Trails and Parks (GITAP) ride, as well as the June rendition of the Touring Ride in
Rural Indiana (TRIRI). And, in the current (July) issue of 'Bentrider Online
(bentrideronline.combentrideronline.comOpen ↗), my column compares the two rides.

I noticed that you have a section about the Catrike Speed but you do not own one. Why?

- - - - Derek Burley Canto, modifiedI don't own one - yet. I don't expect that situation to last forever. Since becoming one of the
'Bentrider Online (bentrideronline.combentrideronline.comOpen ↗) columnists, I've been involved with testing
bikes and trikes - most recently a WizWheelz TerraTrike 3.4, as well as their
soon-to-be-introduced tandem trike - so, toss in the four week-long tours I've done, as well as
one weeknd ride and a quad-century, not to mention last weekend's Ride Across INdiana, and I
almost haven't had time to buy a Speed! I'm going to be involved with some long-term testing of
it, though, starting in early August. Expect (finally!) an update to my Speed page after that!--

Larry Varney Cold Spring, KY home.fuse.netlarryvarneyOpen ↗Both rides were quite enjoyable. Similar in many ways, but different enough that I'll want to
continue riding both. And, I will have to admit that after two weeks of the relatively flat
terrain of northern Illinois and Indiana, I'm looking forward to next year's TRIRI in the
somewhat more varied terrain of southeastern Indiana.--
