POINTS® value | 10
Servings | 3
main meals |
1/2 pound raw lean ground beef 1 small onion(s) 1 clove
garlic clove(s) 1 Tbsp dried parsley 2 Tbsp grated
Parmesan cheese 1 tsp kosher salt 1 large egg(s) 30 iWon
Ton Wrappers
FILLING: In 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook
beef, onion, and garlic until all pan juices evaporate,
onion is tender, and meat is browned. Remove skillet from
heat; stir in parsley, cheese, and 1/2 ts salt, then egg.
Cover and refrigerate ground beef filling.
Working with 1 won ton wrapper at a time (cover remaining
wrappers with a damp towel to keep them from drying out),
spoon place a scant teaspoon of ground beef filling in
center of each square.
Moisten edges of wrapper with water; pinch edges together
to seal. Repeat with remaining won ton wrappers and
filling. Place ravioli on a baking sheet; let stand 30
minutes. Cook ravioli in boiling water 2 minutes or until
tender; drain well.
After cooking I added to pasta sauce and let it simmer a few
minutes and served. Turned out great!
