Ok 2 days ago I had shin splints.
Now when I try to run it feels like my bottom leg hurts (the arc part)
and it's on the same leg
where I had my shin splint.
The pain in the arc happens when I put the foot down and try to walk
with it.
Isn't this called archilisitis or something? Is it treatable and how
long does it take etc?
