Just as a side thought, I don't like to think of it as "weight loss". I
prefer the concept of ":weight management." I know the difference might be
small, but controlling carb intake means controlling how your body functions
over the long term. It comes down to a series of choices that we all have
to make. There's no "right or wrong", it's simple science.

If I consume more carbs than I need to maintain my lifestyle, I'm going to
gain weight. If I eat fewer carbs than I need, I'm going to lose weight.
Nothing will change this.

We can rock and roll and control our lives based on the knowledge we have
been given. It's a seriously good thing!

It is a front for links to sellers of precursors to human growth hormone. A
casual reader might think he was buying human growth hormone, due to the
name HGH.
