Hi Folks
I'm really new to cycling in fact the last time i got on a bike was probably 30 years ago! Anyhow i signed up to do a charity ride and thought i'd probably need to get a bit fitter and have some advice! Consequently i started searching the old internet but all i could find was generic training programmes which didn't take into account me or my lifestyle; however i did find something new which did and have consequently signed up for a free 14 day trial. It is called fitforcycling.com and i was wondering if anyone else had used it and if there is anything else applicable out there!
Any help and or advice greatly appreciated
