I recently got one and i'm wondering if I can do rolling hops(very small
rolling hops) and drop off of curbs without bending the axle over time.
I've already dropped quite a few curbs but every time I do I get this
feeling that i'm eventually gonna bend my axle.

Just from dropping a few inches wont bend your axle. Well, it may bend
your axle or crank by a few MM and that will be after years of just
riding down curbs.
I have a 20 inch sun that I have had for 4ish years, and thats what I
learned to ride on, jump with, grabs, and trials, and the cranks are
still straight.
Once you start soing lots of 3 foot drops is when you should worry, and
even then, the uni will still last a long time.
