I wonder that this is about? Why so many new magazines? Who
is H3 Publications? Why the cheesy male adolescent stuff in
some of them? (Am I just getting too old? ;-)

It seems Flow and Mountain Biking (noted for a small staff
and low ad rates) are from Challenge publications. Dave
House of H3 split from Challenge to start 3 new mags.
Challenge sued House. Seems like that is on-going. I don't
know what angle House is working with these new mags. Mag ad
revenues were way down in 2001. I don't know if they have
recovered enough for this many magazines.
