If Lance is a doper, then such a site would apply to him as it does his many peers and former teammates and convicted doctor (Michele Ferrari).

Doping is pretty standard in all sports. The best Champions have the most endorsement incomes and influence. As a result the best new drugs and methods, designer and research drugs and fanciest lawyers too, just in case a housekeeper calls police.

Just like everything else in big business.
