Hey, I just started riding mountain bikes. My friends got me into it and I'm looking forward to progressing and blah, blah, blah...
Anyways, my bike is a 2002 Free Agent 'Betty', in great shape. It's a hardtail with the stock forks removed and replaced with 2001 Marzocchi Bombers (Z-5), stock Avid brake levers removed and replaced with some "OK" Shimano levers, and I think the handlebar stem was replaced as well (but that doesn't really matter to me right now). I like it, it feels good, and some of the reviews I've read have said it will take quite a beating. Anyways, if any of you out there know anything about this bike, and/or can help a new guy out with tips/advice, I'd appreciate it. Can't wait to ride.
