I'll be buying a new bike in the near future and ive been looking at the
Gt avalanche 1.0 disk for £400 and upgrade to what the 0.0 disk has for £800.
I ride trails and go down some really rough terrain (Roots ,rocks and something that resembles stairs).I go down most things i see and would like the bike to be able to take a good beating and the wheels etc not to bend.
1. Is this the type of bike i should be looking at or should i be looking at a full susp for the same price range?
2.Is the 0.0 disk worth the extra £400,or should i buy the 1.0 and upgrade the parts myself ?
