It depends on the build. The Kinesis Racelight T is normally available as a
frameset, and the build the bikeshop put on it is up to them. The frame
itself costs about £200 full retail, with another £100 for a carbon fork.
I can't see anything special about it, and that's quite a high price for
an aluminium winter training frame, which is essentially what it is.
Built up with a Campag Veloce or Shimano 105 groupset and Khamsin/Aksium
class wheels, £670 would be an OK price.
FWIW the Dolan equivalent is £275 for frame and carbon fork:
