In keeping with the N+1 rule I bought a new bike the other day. Checking my bike over just before our Wednesday night ride I discovered my mountain bike had a crack in the frame. It was cracked where the top tube joins the seat tube. I had inherited the bike from my brother as a hand down so I decided to get a new bike. Erick from the LBS had a new Giant Trance 1 ready for me by Friday evening. After a few rides to tune the suspension I can say it's great!
