New bike!

am somewhat jealous even though I'm really happy with the Giant these days.

I didn't know that we have Bianchi USA spec'ed bikes here. Unless
Bianchi International (out of Italy) runs the same model.

I wondered about that too. I also wondered (once we got it home and I went
looking for it so I could post a link) why it appears to be a 2003 model.
Still, even if it is three years old, it's fresh out of the box and a lovely
bike.

My Rocky Mountain's a 2003 which I bought in 2005, great bike!

Great bike's don't go out of fashion :-) I still get compliments on it
and then promptly embarrass myself with my gumby MTB skillzzz.
