Hey, welcome. I'm 17, and a reliaively new cyclist myself (few weeks). I've found that I personally like to go out for very long rides (I just came in fom a ride that lasted 3:38), but one of the reasons I lke that is that I'm also a long-distance runner, so I like really long workouts. What sport/sports do you do besides cycling?
I'd say for now, just get out and ride some evry day (or almost every day). No need for 3-hour rides, but do somehting that will give you a bit of a challenge (maybe alternate a day of sprints/hills with long flats). At this point, though, your main priority should be just to get out and do it.

Yeah, if you were a sprinter, you should have all the strength you need for now-- you prolly want to work on endurance once you start thinking about training more seriously. Until then, just enjoy riding. If you feel up to it, I'd suggest also taking longer runs too -- build up endurance in a familiar sport (but then again, I'm prolly just saying that cause im a distancce runner....).
