  1. How long does yours normally last? Mine are just about finished after barely one winter. Maybe its
    those beartrap cages on the Shimano 323's. *scratch*

    How does people fix them? Duct tape? 🙂

  2. Hi Mikael, Mine are okay after 2 months using SPD pedals. Duct tape inside and outside should work.

    Go to a surf shop, they have special glue. (or for the land locked, look up one online)
