neoprene armwarmers?

Try these guys, wetsuit.comwetsuit.comOpen ↗. I don't think they have exactly that, but I think they do
custom orders, rather inexpensively.

Used one of their jackets for IM Cda last year. Good stuff.

There is a neoprene "undershirt". This was just posted about a week ago in the sleeveless vs. full

No but last year I bought a wetsuit top - like a jacket that I put under my
LJ wetsuit for Eagleman last year. Take a look at Promotion -
