Hi, My Name is Elvin,
I currently ride a good Road Bike. I have been making longer and longer rides. Have alost 1000 miles on it. A friend of mine is selling his FELT B16 Tri Bike and will give me a really good deal on it. The probem/question is. My bike fits me retty good, and it is a 54cm. The Tri-Bike is a 58cm. Will it be too big for me??? Can I change anything to make it fit? (Seat Hight, Stem Length) And Make it fit me? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if he's making a really good deal on it, buy it, turn around and mark it up 20% and sell it and buy the right sized bike for you.

Unless it is so cheap that you can resell it at a profit, don´t do it. Buying something that doesn´t fit is always expensive.....
