I came home from walking my pup tonight and was ready to hit the trails. Nope. I have a flat on my front tire. First I bought an oversized frame (slightly), now I have a flat. How do I repair this?

Get the "Zinn and the Art of Mountain Bike Maintenance" for
U$20 or so. It's a rudimentary guide on the subject.--

Follow the sheldon is excellent but as the tyre is only flat
at the bottom so rotate it a bit and hey presto OK! Just
