Hello-- I am in the mist of purchasing a road bike. I am a mountain biker, who is looking to do duathalons and ride on the road. I have come across an '04 Motobecane Legacy Elite w/ only 30 miles on it. I was wondering what the max price you all would pay for the bike.
Also, as a newbie to roading, do you have suggestion on getting a used or new bike? I know there are so many brands, but I'm looking for a good solid bike that will not break the bank.
