  1. Hey all,

I am planning on getting these: Clarks SX Hydraulic Disc Brake | Buy Online | ChainReactionCycles.com but I was wondering - do they include everything needed for brakes - including the disks themselves? If I were to buy a front and a back one would I need to buy anything else or could I just put them on my bike and they would work fine?

    Many Thanks,

    Josh

P.S. I know I have very little knowledge on bikes - its just my brakes on my current bikes have completely broken 🙁.

  2. I would guess the kit includes everything you need to install the disc brakes, but I would call and ask them because the actual component description is quite vague. Also remember that the bike itself needs:
    1) disc compatible wheel hubs
    2) disc brake mounts on the left side of the fork
    3) disc brake mounts on the left seat stay
    4) if your bike currently has disc brakes, you might need mount adapters

  3. As above I guess your bike already has discs in which case adapters are the only thing you might need.
