How would it compare to Airborn in quality and ride?

I haven't seen the Tommaso frames, but I'd be very surprised if either frame was uncomfortable if it
fits you. My Airborne has very good welds, and the frame is very straight.There are other good quality Ti frames around, too. Habanero frames are quite highly regarded and
