Hi,
Can anyone recommend to me low carb diet plan books that address the
effect of the diets on mood, and more specifically the role of the diet in
producing and maintaining levels of seretonin. I know The Schwarzbein diet
does, Any others? Thanks.

I personally, for what my opinion is worth, highly recomend "Protein Power"
by Drs Dan and Mary Eade. That book really helped me study and understand
what their research and experiences with their patients and a sufficient
protien/controlled carbohydrate WOE (Way Of Eating) will do for you,
including your mood.Hope this helps.

I found the largest change in mood, while low carbing, came when I tried a
probiotic called Culturelle. It took about 3 days for the effect.Cubit
