Need help with Greasesees

Hi whats the different between these greases?: Teflon Synthetic Lithium Silicone whatever else avaliable... Which one is better for the hub bearings? What Dura-Ace & Record use? Anyone got any interesting article about different greases? How much grease should I put in the hub??? Many Thanks
