  1. Today I got my first flat on the back wheel. Took it off and fixed it up, but now with the wheel on it seems to be a little more noisy and the shifting is rougher than it used to be. How should I fix this? Thanks in advance!

Put the wheel back in correctly. It's probably not seated right in the dropouts.

If the problem persists, try adjusting the barrel adjuster on the rear deraileur 1/4 turn.
