Today I got my first flat on the back wheel. Took it off and fixed it up, but now with the wheel on it seems to be a little more noisy and the shifting is rougher than it used to be. How should I fix this? Thanks in advance!

Put the wheel back in correctly. It's probably not seated right in the dropouts. -

If the problem persists, try adjusting the barrel adjuster on the rear deraileur 1/4 turn.
