  1. hey guys im 16 and i am 5.7 and 126 pounds my BMI is 18.1 and i wont to
    get some muscle on me, im thinking about the whey protien but im not
    sure what kind of the whey protien i should get if you guys could help
    that would be awsome bye.

    Invest in high quality meats and forego whey is my advice.

    I buy Prolab's vanilla flavored protein as it mixes with just about
    anything.

    I buy the stuff at Costco. $19 for 6lbs. I always use a blender, so I
    don't know how it hand mixes. And I like the vanilla flavor.
