Help! Back in the early 70s my grandmother used to make a type of bar cookie. I think it had a shortbread crust (or possibly a graham cracker crust like a cheesecake). The recipe involved (I think) grated coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and Nestle's butterscotch chips. I seem to remember that the recipe was a bit of a fad at the time, so it may be fairly well known. Does anyone remeber these cookies? Does anyone have the recipe?
