no idea but its a nice touch on that fork crown (yes that is the technical name of that section), checkout also the heart at the side, that sheds off a couple of grams. Cool downtube shifters also, looks like a nice vintage bike to own.
Thanks a lot for your reply... I done some digging on Internet and it looks to be a Giovanni Losa frame. If it's true, I did not know the real value of this frame or how good are Losa frames. What I know is that Giovanni Losa made the Cinelli Supercorsa frame...so I presume that's he is a good frame builder.
I must mention that I plan to buy this Losa (???) frame.
