I've recently learned that my 2000 Marzoccchi Z-2 X Fly has too much oil in it (I'm only getting 70mm of travel and the rebound is too slow). Is there an easy way to let some of the oil out without taking the whole thing apart?

Thanks Hunter, but I already have the manual and don't find it very helpful. It appears to be about too many different forks in too many different languages to give any specific tips on my particular fork. Note, for example, that it tells you how much oil to put in, but not how to drain any out.
I guess what I'm looking for is a specific answer to this question: If I loosen the 10M nuts on the bottom of the stanchions (the ones that hold the the Allen head screws where you adjust the rebound) and maybe tap them a little to unset the seal, can I get a little controlled trickle of oil to come out? Or will it all dump out at once, forcing me to take it apart and rebuild it? Or will that not let any oil out at all? If I do this, what should I do about the air pressure first? Increase pressure before loosening, degrease, or leave it the same?
