  1. Hi, I'm in a quandy. I have an old bike I'm rebuilding. It has a 70mm
BB shell. I have a matched set of 68-ss spindle with wide races and
"thin" cups and an extra 70-ss spindle with narrow races. I need
either a decent complete campy 70mm BB or just a 70-ss road spindle
with wide races that will work with my "thin" cups. Can anyone out
    there help???

Perhaps here <http://www.bicycleclassics.com/bottom.html>? They seem to offer
another alternative, thin cups for your spindle. $26 is not that bad. They may
    also have other options.

Spindle length? I have Italian 111mm BBs complete, Campagnolo and NOS.
Phil Wood is also a possibility for less $($115 for a BB complete).
