  1. Hey everyone,

My school's cycling team is finally starting to get serious once again (thanks to me). Since there is a broad range of level/talents, I need some advice on setting up some simple training routines. And as time goes on, some more specific and focused training routines.

I'm not sure really what to ask or what to be specific about, but I want to be able to tell the team what they should be doing, or at least give them a general idea.

If anyone has some sites/personal information about what to do, you have no idea how much I would appreciate it. I know a good amount about cycling, but the training aspect is where I start to get a little shaky and I would like some 'experienced' guidance.

Thank you for the help. 🙂

  2. IMO you could do a lot worse than getting Friels "the cyclist's training bible". It should have more than enough information to keep you and you'r team happy for a long while 🙂
