Need advice about vitamin

I don't know about the liquid, but the caps, according to
the Comparative Guide to Nutritional Supplements, scored a
miserable 2.4%. This is based on an "ideal" formula that
they used to compare various products.

By contrast, "easy on the stomach" it may well be while
probably being hard on the pocketbook for very minor amounts
of vitamins and minerals. I don't think this addresses
Jill's problem very well. Easier simply to purchase a
product that does not contain copper.
