I am looking to build a race bike with money as an issue. I want campy...looking at centaur. How much should I pay for the Centaur gruppo? I've been having trouble figuring it out and what all comes when sites are selling the gruppo but no hubs or no something else.
I also need a racing frame. I am small...need 48 anythin or 49...and have trouble finding anythng on ebay or discounted. Any suggestions?
I will be riding this bike daily and come next season racing it at least once a week if not more.

Most groups can be bought without hubs or HS. If you buy hubs,then you have to have wheels built around them. Most people just buy wheels with a hub/hub body that is compatible with their group.People have HS preferences too,and a standard threaded or threadless HS may not fit many frames that use an integrated or zero stack HS....Building a race bike with both money and knowledge base issue just does not compute.
