  1. I've started doing a little longer rides than I used to and with it I have been experiencing some shoulder and neck pain. I'm wondering if i'm not quite set up correctly on the bike. What adjustments would help with this?

    Thanks

Your position is a good place to start. It could be that you have too much drop between your bars and saddle. It could be that your saddle is too far forward. It could be your stem doesn't have enough reach.

Those are places to start, but it's impossible to say what you need without pictures, and even then diagnosing a fit issue via a picture online is dodgy at best. If you don't feel comfortable trying to figure out the issue, see an LBS with a good fitter.

I second "alienator". See a good fitter. Also keep in mind that your body will likely adjust better in smaller increments, a little at a time. If your current position feels good in shorter rides, it could also be a matter of getting your upper body and core stronger to be able to sustain the longer efforts.
