Hi,
I've noticed that a couple brands of link sausage (Jimmy Dean,
something else, and the store brand which is probably one of the
above) have all become what looks like 80% fat, they're mostly
white. Normally to me they look about 50% white.
I'm just wondering whether this is a local blip, or whether
the USDA has lowered standards for fat content in breakfast sausage,
that anyone knows of? These things are really disgusting looking,
it's across at least 2 brands, and was partially present in the
previous supermarket stock, but now all the stock (except for one
very local brand) is that way.
Just wondering whether anyone knows anything, or noticed the
same thing, elsewhere.
