  1. I have a rear view mirror on my Thunderbolt and put industrial strength Velcro
    in the center, since I'm just looking at my own face at that point in the
    mirror. The mirror is convex, 11 inches wide.

    I put the mating loop Velcro on the back on my wrist HRM/ gadget watch. I wear
    the chest belt and use a gel.

    So now the HRM is at chest level, facing me, readable, upright, and real close
    to the belt. It works.

    I added a clip lead "keeper" in case the Velcro lets go.
