I've had trouble in the past with cycling shoes that are too big in the toe box. I've heard Italian shoes are narrow. I'm looking at Time, Sidi, and Diadora.
Anyone have any experiance here?

I have a fairly narrow foot, B width, and diadora and time fit well. I do have to pull the straps fairly far because I have a low volume foot. Sidi makes three different widths so their regular or narrow width should fit. I just got a pair of gaerne and they're fairly narrow. I think the platform is a bit wider than the diadoras I had, but the upper has far less material so it snugs your foot down well.

i have got a pair of the pearl izumi vapers and they r quite good as far as "snuggness" goes. i dont have the fattest foot and they seem to do up pretty damn tight, and above all have a really really stiff carbon sole and nice graphics.
